Exchange & refund 

Requests are accepted free of charge in the following cases:

-Faulty or damaged items
-Incorrect item received

 

Other Exchange & Refunds Requests

-Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.
-A 20 EGP handling fee plus shipping fees apply.
-Processing may take up to 15 working days.
-Refunds are issued via InstaPay only (no cash refunds).
-Items must be returned unused and in original condition.

الاستبدال والاسترجاع

تُقبل طلبات الاستبدال والاسترجاع مجانًا في الحالات التالية:

• وجود عيب أو تلف في المنتج.
• استلام منتج غير مطابق للطلب.

طلبات الاستبدال والاسترجاع الأخرى:

• يجب تقديم الطلب خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ استلام الطلب.
• تُطبق رسوم معالجة بقيمة 20 جنيهًا مصريًا بالإضافة إلى رسوم الشحن.
• قد تستغرق عملية المعالجة حتى 15 يوم عمل.
• يتم استرداد المبلغ عن طريق InstaPay فقط (لا يتوفر استرداد نقدي).
• يجب إعادة المنتجات غير مستخدمة وبحالتها الأصلية.
